There is a predominant black color in this work as many of the car factories have fallen on hard times. However, within these darkened assembly lines, with their layoffs, were seen the cars of yesteryear, now rendered relics: the pink Cadillac, the Coupe de Ville that make me nostalgic. These behemoths were made unpopular by foreign competition in the marketplace and high gas prices.
